Description
Artist: Elvin Jones
Album: Poly-Currents LP
Style/Notes: 1971 black label reissue of the 1970 album. This one is percussion heavy and borders on Free Jazz. Definitely more avant-garde than most of the Blue Note catalog. There are some unappreciated gems in the early 70's BN catalog and this is one of them.
Condition: Vinyl is super-clean & near mint with no real wear at all. Nice and shiny with super-clean labels. This one can't have been played much at all. Sleeve has some ring scuffing and edge wear. There is an about 1" split at the top edge near the open end. Back looks good with some light scuffing. I'd call the sleeve lower end VG.
