The grading standard used is the UK Record Collector magazine gradings as described below 

Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.??

Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.??

Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Postage & Packing Due to increasing amounts of parcels going astray, and EBAY & PayPals policy of refunding every buy who claims a parcel never arrived without investigation, I have no choice but to send every parcel via a trackable method. If you purchase multiple items you will save a considerable amount if sent in the same package (see rates below) but please do not pay the EBAY issued invoice, which will not reflect these cheaper rates and wait until I send a correct invoice.

All discs are removed from the sleeve (if appropriate to avoiding seem splits in transit)  and are inserted into a brand new 450g polythene sleeve and sent in purpose made mailers with 2 stiffeners, clearly marked fragile.

Return Policy Returns are accepted in the unlikely event that the item purchased does not match the grading given and it is returned in the condition sent and in packaging comparable to that which it was originally sent in. I respectfully request that before returning, you please contact me and advise me of the situation If there is not a fault but another reason you wish to return it, please contact me and I will do my utmost to resolve the situation, but be advised that I will not reimburse the return postage costs if the item is being returned for any reason other than being faulty or “not as described” unless it has been agreed prior to being returned.
