Description
Highly sought after, original 1969 BAKERLOO self titled LP
Reluctantly I am selling some of my treasured possessions; many are rare, collectable and highly desirable i.e Led Zeppelin (Turquoise), Warhorse, Savoy Brown, Thrillington, Martha Valez, Dennis Wilson, Jeff Beck, Love Sculpture, Black Sabbath (1st), Jethro Tull, Quisksilver Messenger Service, REO Speedwagon (1st), Paladin, TYA, Wishbone Ash , John Mayall, etc.
This mega rare Harvest classic (SHVL 762) is an album for the serious collector. The vinyl is in EXCELLENT PLUS condition with a jet black sheen that totally belies its 41 years; I cannot detect any marks or scratches. The record labels are extremally clean with no writing and an absolute minimum of spindle evidence.
The gatefold is in excellent condition, again devoid of any writing, the photos show a small surface tear on the back cover (top left). The albums lamination is totally intact, with natural aging on the external edges, (nothing that would detract from suggesting that this is an excellent example)., .
As the vinyl shows, this album has had mimimum playing and consequently is an excellent investment. For the unanitiated, Bakerloo was a Blues/Rock Trio consisting of Clem Clempson (Guitar), Terry Poole Bass) and Keith Baker (Drums). The tracks are:
