Up for auction is ETTA JAMES, "recorded live ROCKS THE HOUSE" lp (ARGO LP 4032, HIGH FIDELITY), definitely her most “punky” recording, in RARE US ARGO 1st ORIGINAL ULTRA RARE MONO PROMO - NOT FOR SALE pressing, in FINE STRONG EXCELLENT CONDITION!!!

Hard cardboard cover (STEREO indication on front, MONO LP prefix on back, probably an error on printing) is in fine GLOSSY on front, CLEAN on back, ALMOST NEAR MINT condition, NO seam splits, NO edge wear, NO writing, only extremely slight ageing ring wear -like spot on upper back, small drill hole on centre (only on cover, NOT on label), spine is perfectly intact!!!

Vinyl looks fine VG+(+), has only a few hairlines and two tiny light absolutely unfeelable scratches but keeps nice gloss and shine, plays FINE STRONG EXCELLENT!!! There are only a few light repeated hardly audible clicks on side A intro, SOUND IS ABSOLUTELY CRISPY CLEARLY CLEAN AND LOUD WITHOUT ANY DISTRACTED OR ANNOYING NOISE!!! Maybe a nice cleaning would improve the whole audio result even more, but I'll leave that job to you!!!

Labels (ORIGINAL creme NOT FOR SALE with black print, ULTRA HIGH FIDELITY beside vertical “ARGO”, AUDIO ODYSSEY BY ARGO MONO indication, DJLP prefix, REVUE COPY on bottom) are in clean EXCELLENT condition, only minimal spindle wear on one side, NO any wear, NO marks, NO taping, NO writing!!!

Extremely hard to find THIS ULTRA RARE FIST ORIGINAL MONO RELEASE in OVERALL STRONG EXCELLENT condition!!!

Due to my mistake in first listing i'd graded vinyl visually as VG+(+)! Well, in fact vinyl is visually in nice EXCELLENT condition, still keeps lots of gloss!!! Play grade is very close to NEAR MINT due to the few hardly audible clicks on side A intro before music begins, as i've already noted!!! Maybe there would be slight surface wear noise -typical after so many years- but the music recording itself is so EXTREMELY LOUD, that any possible noise would be practically impossible to be heard at all!!! All i want to say is that in case supposed vinyl should be suffered from deep scratches or surface noise and graded less than VG, any of those hard or repeated crackles would be audible ONLY before music starts and maybe in a couple of spots between songs! But this vinyl is absolutely NOT that kind of exhaustive use, on the contrary is in extremely nice clean well kept condition!!! Just do not forget that this is a live recording and the spaces between songs are NOT without the club's noise and the crowd voices that make any of the most minimal wear NOT audible in someone's ear!!!
