Cover: Near Mint. ****** The second, now very rare, LP from Arturo Lanz and Gabriel Riaza, or the masters of spanish electro-industrial music. "Comisario de la Luz" and "Blanco de Fuerza" were composed between 1983 (immediately after the first private LP) and 1985 and are both divided into 4 sections (including an excerpt from a live action in Madrid, 1984, in the first section of "Blanco de Fuerza"). Technological power-rhythms at their best. Obsessive, fresh and sounding more and more well-done with the years passing...
