EPIDERMIS "GENIUS OF ORIGINAL FORCE" on KERSTEN RECORDS FK 65063 Stereo - ORIGINAL ISSUE!! Here's a nice rare LP - I think this may actually be a 'Private Pressing' as this is an obscure lable that I see little trace of elsewhere. It certainly looks unlike the 'major lable' album pressings and lable design. Perhaps you know more about this than me. The music is quite complex, some unusual instrumental structures underpin the vocal interplay - which is less 'harmony' and more 'response'. The match is sometimes reminiscent of GENTLE GIANT, the UK psychedelic band rooted in English rennaissance folk music. It's hard to categorize this enigmatic and unique band - and probably wrong to do so! You will rarely see this, I believe there have been as many as only FIVE in the last THREE YEARS on eBay! Well rarity is not always the reason to want such as this nice piece, the quality of music is EXCELLENT, and that's what really matters. The vinyl is in ASTOUNDING shape; NEAR MINT - with full shine and no marks. The labels are clean, as new. The cover is solid thick laminated card GATEFOLD and is also NEAR MINT.
