Description

Here's one we've never seen, maybe neither have you! Only 2 listings for this in the history of Popsike. So here we go: 7" extended play 45 rpm Capitol Records PRO 2186. Probably released in 1962. This is a split artist release with the Beach Boys on one side and Ray Anthony on the other. This promoted the Surfin' Safari album T-1808 with "Ten Little Indians" and "Little Miss America". The Anthony sides are from the "I Almost Lost My Mind " album (S)T-1783 with "Midnight Flyer" and "Goodnight My Love". Conditon is very good overall. The cover/jacket is light cardboard and has a nice black and white image of the lp cover. It seems slightly yellowed although that may be the paper stock off-white. Ther is a light corner bed top right and 2" splits at the opening, both top and bottom. The back side has a series of small tears to the cardboard that are not deep but go through the white slick and expose a bit of the brown cardboard. No ringwear is evident front or back. The record is very clean, plays VG++, clean labels M-, very light scar not affecting play. Amazingly rare in any condition, this one should make the BB collector happy. Please email iy you have other questions. Packed well and mailed 1st class anywhere. No minimum, no reserve - go wild!
