Record Condition:  VG+; Nice glossy vinyl but with a few light surface marks that do not affect play except for one small pressing error that occurs about 1 minute into Going Home (see picture with the small white spot on vinyl) that causes a pop for about 5 rotations.  

Cover Condition:  VG; Cover actually looks nice and shiny with no ring wear at all, but there is minor wear to spine and lower left corner and the top edge has a few issues. See pictures of top edge with its wear, some seam splitting, and two small tears that can only be seen on back of cover.

Notes: EXTREMELY RARE and ABSOLUTE KILLER MODERN SOUL must-have!!!  This is a 1984 DC-area black gospel release on very obscure Temple Hills, MD label - NEW RELEASE RECORDS!!!  *****Please see shipping of HIGH VALUE items information below before bidding!!*****
