MEGA RARE nowadays in any condition, CUBAN LATE 50's LP vinyl, very first pressing in BLACK RCA LABEL. There are around some white RCA labels, which are from the 60's, these ones (white) has some variants ... will try to explain them:
Black label was pressed by DISCUBA (before Fidel) - concesionaria general discos cubanos S.A. - white label was pressed after Fidel nationalized everything and were pressed by IMPRESORA CUBANA de discos (nacionalizada) - 'nationalized' .
Back cover has several differences... Discuba on buttom, SQUARED RCA logo on back is different ... black RCA has 'Internacional' and catalogue number inside the square and white pressing removed 'internacional' and replaced by 'cubano' and catalogue number was placed oustide the logo.... catalogue number on the other LP's announced in white second pressing are below the images with title description, on this first pressing there is only the catalogue reference above the image... white pressing has the legend 'hecho en cuba' right after the 3th image.
Labels are totally different - black one - 'producto de discuba, cuba ' - 'hecho en cuba transcrito de disco maestro de RCA' - white pressing only says ' hecho por impresora cubana de discos (nacionalizada)' .
Condition of record. Cover has tape and faded writings on back cover. nothing is perfect in this life. vinyl has wear along with ligth visual marks on both sides (not audible at all) BUT plays perfectly with no skips and not surface noises !. those records were made of steel ! he he ... as reference if want to see images of white labels pressing you can take a look to an ebay already ended auction .. item number 310310361965
