Very Rare U.K. ORIGINAL Elvis Presley LP:

"NO. 2"

HIS MASTER’S VOICE (HMV) # CLP-1105

Here we have one of the most sought-after original Elvis LPs. This is an original 1957 Great Britain pressing with the “His Master’s Voice” Labels. The December 2006 issue of Record Collector Magazine includes this LP in its “250 Rarest Records” list. The record has had some plays and shows surface wear, scuffing, and scratching; however the vinyl is clean and a lot of the scuffs and scratches do not appear to go very deep into the grooves. The cover, although beautiful, shows some wear. It is made of thinner cardboard than a US release, and it has some creasing. There is no splitting on the top seam, but there is a 1” bottom seam split and 2” side seam split. There is a 4” tear on the front cover, which has been neatly taped from the inside, and there is a 1 ¾” piece of transparent tape on the outside edge. Although the cover surface has some wear, dings, and a small amount of light chipping, it also still retains quite a bit of its original gloss, and the color is vivid. The text and photos on the back cover are very crisp and clear.

All LPs come packaged carefully in a sturdy corrugated box made specifically for mailing LPs plus a cardboard insert. The covers are placed in clear plastic record sleeves. The vinyl is removed from the cover (except for SEALED items) for shipping to prevent seam splitting during shipment. We do not charge a handling fee.
