Description
This is the Boxed Radio Station Only Set which went to ABC Radio affiliates for a one-time-airing on January 7, 1979. The show aired once and was shelved. The records are rated M- because they were played once. But visually they are M. The Box itself is fully intact and all corners and edges are firm. There is some slight browning due to aging. Inside the box is the original instruction booklet (see pics) giving operation instructions to the radio stations. The booklet has no marks, writing or stickers, but has very slight brown marks from aging. Also in the box is a stapled "Commercial/Final Program Instructions" sheet giving the ABC Radio Affiliates the commercial positions which belong to the network and the commercial positions which the affiliates use. There are three "clocks" showing when commercials are to be aired. There is some writing on these sheets from which the local radio station mapped out their local commercials. (See pics),
This box set has shown up on ebay as a MIchelob set, but this is rarer because the radio stations were supposed to return the box after airing. Also, the instruction book and other paperwork included make this extremely rare and worthy of any true Elvis Collector.
