Description

In the mid '50's I had a small country band, and I bought records such as this to learn for the group. We did ok with Elvis' first two songs, but these were a little too much on the rock side for us, so this record didn't get much use. This is very early Elvis - recorded September 10 & 11, 1954 at the Sun studio. You should be able to read all the markings on the labels. The following markings were scribed into the master between the lead out grooves. On the "I Don't Care if The Sun Don't Shine" side - U-130-45 72 Greek letter delta or triangle 1122. On the "Good Rockin' Tonight" side - U-131-45 72 Greek letter delta or triangle 1123. Condition is Very Good+ (VG+) or better. As on all these authentic early Sun 45's, the ejection pin marks are visible and you can feel them on both sides. I think you will be able to see them in the photos.
