The Temporary Envelop/Sleeve Is In Near Mint Condition. Paper Stock Is White, But Slightly Yellowed, With Dark Blue Print. It Has A Lazarus Price Sticker For $1.49. There Is A Slight Record Impression On The Front And Back Of The Sleeve

(This Was More Of An Envelope Than A Traditional Sleeve, Most Copies That Have Appeared Have Had The Top Part Of The Envelope Ripped Off By The DJ's To Easily Access The Vinyl Record)
