Description
Up for bid is the extended play self titled EPB-1254 Elvis Presley recorded in 1956. This is a 2-record set with 8 different songs. This is the record cover that mistakenly swaps side 2 and side 3 song titles on the back but has them correct on the inside cover. Both records have the horizontal lines with the dog on top. Side 1 has the songs BLUE SUEDE SHOES and I'M COUNTING ON YOU. Both songs sound fair but both have some background pops. Side 2 has the songs I GOT A WOMAN and ONE SIDED LOVE AFFAIR. Both of these songs sound pretty good but there is some real light popping on them. Side 3 has the songs TUTTI FRUTTI and TRYIN' TO GET TO YOU. Both of these songs sound real good with just a little bit of popping on the fade of the last song. Side 4 has I'M GONNA SIT RIGHT DOWN AND CRY and I'LL NEVER LET YOU GO. Both of these songs sound real good with just a little bit of popping on the slow tempo parts of I'LL NEVER LET YOU GO. Both records have some real light scratches on them but they do not effect the playing. The cover and back and the inside of the gatefold are in very good shape with fading on the whole item which makes it look almost off white. The spine is in good shape with no seam splits at all. on the front cover it looks like the glue was smeared onto the white song title border when the photo was applied. The back has a place where the titles for Tutti Frutti is located where there is about a 3/4" bubble line under the black and white photo on the back. This is a nice record considering that it is almost 50 years old. I will return your money including return shipping if you are not 100% satisfied with this record.
