This auction is for a double-LP set of blues great Elmore James, titled “To Know A Man”. The two 12” vinyl discs are presented in a gatefold sleeve with extensive sleeve notes by Blues Unlimited’s editor, Mike Leadbitter. There are 19 tracks in all, with RARE tape announcements before many and what you could call “out-takes”, with false starts halting certain recordings being left in, giving you an insight into the man behind the legend. Absolutely essential. This album is in excellent condition, great for blues and R&B collectors!
