4 LP set released on Philips [Red Label]: The box is numbered as 6740 001, while the records are numbered 6526 003-006.

The title is printed on the side of the box.

Also contains LP size booklet which has notes in French, English & German about the composers and the works.

Visually the records look to have had only a few plays. In fact Discs 1 & 2 look to have been rarely played and have no surface marks either in normal light or under strong halogen lights.

Disc 3 has a light 3-4 cm mark near the end of the side 1 visible in normal light when the record is tilted. There are only a few more short, light surface marks visible under strong halogen lights on both sides. 

Disc 4 has only a few more short, light surface marks visible under strong halogen lights on both sides.

Aurally the records play with no distortion, sticks or jumps.

OVERALL play grading is EX+ [See below].

Disc 1 play grades as M-/EX+. There are a few light 'tics' in one place part of the way through side 2 track 1.

Disc 2 play grades as M-/M-.

Disc 3 play grades as EX/EX. The visual light mark 'tics' but not on each revolution. There are a few 'tics' in one place each during side 2 tracks 1 & 2.

Disc 4 play grades as EX/EX. On side 1 there are 3 light 'clicks' in one place and about 10 light 'tics' toward the end. On side 2 there are 3 light 'clicks' in one place and a few light 'tics' at about 1/2 way.

NB: This is a heavy set and weight 1-1.1 kg without any packaging.

If this item sells for more than £36 then signed for next day delivery will be the method of posting in the UK and International signed for shipping will be used for overseas postage. This will be more expensive than ordinary recorded delivery etc rates. This is also partly due to Paypal's insistence that tracking is required for items [Sorry but I can't do mush about that].

I USE RECORD COLLECTOR GRADINGS AND USE A +/- WHERE I FEEL THAT IT'S APPROPRIATE.

(M) MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be mint.

(EX) EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of being played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging may have slight wear and/or creasing.

(VG) VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

(G) GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

(F) FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

(P) POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

(B) BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
