Killer Mexican Underground Prog Psych with strong Guitar, some Raw Fuzz, Doomy swirling Organ and english Vocals! 

  THIS MEGA RARE 8 SONGS ALBUM LP WAS MADE IN MEXICO IN 1971 AND TODAY IS VERY HARD TO FIND CAUSE IT'S THE EARLY 1ST MEXICAN PRESSING.

HAVE A GREAT PICTURE COVER GATEFOLD SLEEVE 

CONDITION 

Thick GATEFOLD Cover : VG TO VG++ [ Front and back sleeve are excellent only tiny small wear on top right corner,but the wear is at the left side edge and on the edges of the openning side sleeve,seam split half way to openning on top and bottom cover neatly fixed with mini transparent tape.

Vinyl Record:Thick heavy vinyl in VG+ [ has some few light marks and couple light small scratches ]

 This is an original Mexican pressing of an ultra rare Mexican heavy progressive psych album.Fantastic psychedelic art work on inside and outside cover. . This is an amazing copy, one of a kind, its very hard to find this one from down south.

EL RITUAL is well crafted progressive/psych bluesy rock with nice organ, some Tull like flute here and there, nice guitars, with softer and harder rock/prog/bluesrock passages, sometimes with rather hard rock vocals, and a few times Uriah Heep-kind of vocal harmonies, with lyrics in English. The fourth track, “Satanas” is more experimental, theatrical track mixed with bluesy rock, and a long drum solo, a song about being the devil. “Muerto E Ido” has a slight Canterbury touch. This deserves to be heard by all prog/psych collectors. It sounds as interesting as many English & American examples.

 

Awsome Mexican psych. These blokes were on something good when they made this lp.

NM (NEAR MINT) : Near perfect copy, played only a few times. At worst it may have one or two insignificant flaws. This is the highest grade I give for a non-sealed (used) record.

EX (EXCELLENT) : Clean copy, slight surface marks/hairlines, cover has minor defaults.

VG++ (VERY GOOD++) : More surface marks, minor flaws, or cover wear, minor edge wear (cover). Nothing serious but is not graded EX because of few minor defaults.

VG+ (VERY GOOD +) : Played a lot, will show signs of handling, has marks, possibly few light scratches but no jumps or sticks. Cover wear (light ring wear, heavier corner or edge wear on cover).

VG (VERY GOOD) : Used record, played a lot, has marks, few scratches, some crackling while playing and but no jumps or sticks. Still quite listenable. Cover may have heavy corner, edge wear or split seams.

G (GOOD) : Played a lot and more (but still playable), lot of scratches, crackles a lot while playing, may have jump or sticks and cover is damaged...so not so good ! This record must be very rare to be proposed in this state !!!
