Il Blisterlily è un overdrive basato su un op-amp. Ciò che avete fra le mani è un pedale solido col quale forgiare il vostro suono. Potete usarlo come boost sporco per le parti soliste o caricare il gain per sfruttare la tecnologia tube screamer sul quale si basa. Il controllo Drive vi permette di regolare la spinta della catena di pedali che avete deciso de mettergli davanti.
La versatilità del Blisterlily vi permette di farlo diventare immediatamente parte integrante del vostro suono aiutandovi a definirlo e affinarlo.
Dopo numerosi test, Chris ha scelto per il Blisterlily il dual op-amp 5532. Tuttavia, potete sostituirlo con qualsiasi altro dual op-amp di vostra scelta, a patto però che prestiate attenzione al verso del chip e che sappiate bene cosa state facendo... grazie.
The Blisterlily is an op-amp based overdrive pedal. What you get is a solid pedal which to build tone around. You can use it as a dirty boost to bring out leads or push up the gain to take advantage of the tube screamer-ish technology around which it is built. The drive function allows you to fine tune the amount of push coming from any array of pedals you put before it.
The versatility of the Blisterlily allows it to blend into your existing tone as a tool to refine or define any aspect of your tone.
After much more testing Chris have decided to use the 5532 dual op-amps in the Blisterlily. You can still change it to most any dual op-amp of your choice but note the chip direction and only mess with this if you know what you are doing…please.
