WHITSUNTIDE EASTER - Next Time You Play A Wrong Note...Make It A Short One (Grapevine 109, UK 1977)
This Dutch quintet went to the UK and recorded this very rare album in June / July 1977 for this "Youth For Christ" label. Musically this LP contains an amalgam of acoustic / electric folk rock with psychedelic influences and prog rock elements. The combination of acoustic / electric guitars, flutes and male / female vocals (in English) makes this album highly recommeded for fans of this genre. Contains religious lyrics - but NOT in an excessive way.
The gatefold cover is in excellent minus (ex-) condition, shows some wear on seams, spine and corners, tiny signs of age
The record is also in excellent minus (ex-) condition, shows several paper scuffs and thin hairlines, produce some soft surface cracklings in the background here and there, but NOT in a loud or disturbing way
