Description

The Beatles - Introducing The Beatles LP Vinyl in Stereo 1964 RARE Oval Logo in Shrink Wrap on Vee Jay Records  VJLPS -1062.  The item is Used and in Very Good Condition. 


The Cover Sleeve is in Near Mint Condition.  The Color Graphics on the Front and Back of Cover Sleeve are in Near Mint Condition.  The Corners, Sides and Spine are in Near Mint Condition.  The Cover Sleeve is in Shrink Wrap - Opened.  The Shrink Wrap is in Near Mint Condition.  There are No Corners that are Cut or Punch-out/Cutout Noticing.  There are No Splits, Creases or Tears on the the Cover Sleeve. The Cover Sleeve is Not the Original.  I bought this Cover Sleeve on E-bay on July 18, 2010 - Factory Sealed; to my surprise, the vinyl inside was not The Beatles Vinyl LP.  This is a Replacement Cover Sleeve.  The Cover Sleeve is an Updated Ad Back Version.


The Inner Dust Sleeve is in Excellent Condition.  The Inner Dust Sleeve is White Paper with a Label Hole Window.  The Inner Dust Sleeve is Not the Original.  A New Replacement Inner Dust Sleeve has been provided!  It is a Three - Ply, Anti - Static Sleeve Protector.  It will protect the Vinyl from Dust, Dirt and Scratches.   


The Vinyl Record is in Good - Plus Condition.  There are a of Lot Scratches and Marking.  The Vinyl has been Tested-Played and does play through No Skips! There is Some Crackling.  The Vinyl is 59 years old.  I bought this Vinyl on E-bay on September 10, 2011.  There was no Cover Sleeve included in my purchase.  I am Offering this Rare Stereo Vinyl with a Newer Version of the "Introducing the Beatles" Cover Sleeve (Ad Back). 


The Label and Spindle are in Fair Condition.  The Label has Scratches on it from the spindle; the Spindle Hole has Wear.   


The Vinyl Matrix Numbers are the following: (Tracks A) Triangle 6313  MR inside of a circle  63 - 3402 - S URJ and (Tracks B)  Triangle 6313 X  MR inside of a circle  63 - 3403 - S URJ

  • Cover - Oval Vee Jay Record Label on the upper left side by John Lennon's head 
  • Cover - printed in the front cover is: "STEREOPHONIC", "SR 1062" at the top; below that is, "introducing... THE BEATLES ENGLANDS NO. 1 VOCAL GROUP"
  • Inner Dust Sleeve - White paper with label hole window
  • Label - "Vee Jay" inside oval at center top 
  • Label -  "INTRODUCING THE BEATLES" and below that is "THE BEATLES" both printed above the spindle hole
  • Label - "STEREO" printed at 3 o'clock, right side on label (any copy with the word "stereo" printed on the label is most likely an original; any copy with "stereo" printed on the label has never been found to be counterfeit)
  • Label - printed on the left side of the spindle is "VJLPS 1062", below that is "63-3402-S", below the spindle are tracks A1 - A6; on the other side is printed on the left side of the spindle is "VJLPS 1062", below that is "63-3403-S", below the spindle are tracks B1 - B6.  There is no "Side 1" or "Side 2" printed on the label.
  • Vinyl Matrix Numbers - (Tracks A) Triangle 6313  MR inside of a circle  63 - 3402 - S URJ and (Tracks B)  Triangle 6313 X  MR inside a circle  63 - 3403 - S URJ.
  • Vinyl Trail-Off Area - there is an "S" suffix to the master number on both sides of the vinyl
