Dusty in Memphis Plus 1980 re-issue on the Mercury label of this 1969 classic.

Same track list as the original plus additional four tracks on side B which were A sides of singles issued in the USA 1970, 1976 and 1971 respectively. 

This was Dusty Springfield’s the fifth studio album, recorded at the American Sound Studio in Memphis, producers include Jerry Wexler, Arif Mardin and Tom Dowd with backing vocalists The Sweet Inspirations, bassist Tommy Cogbill, and guitarist Reggie Young. Although Dusty in Memphis sold poorly when it was first released by Atlantic Records in 1969, the album has since been acclaimed by critics as one of the greatest records of all-time and Springfield's best work. Rolling Stone Magazine puts it at No89 in its 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.
