Description

Dusty Springfield's finest album - Dusty In Memphis, recorded under the guidance of Atlantic's Jerry Wexler, Tom Dowd and Arif Mardin with The Sweet Inspirations on back up vocals.
A1/B1 first pressing. Hard to find as originally this didn't sell well.
Cleaned and play tested on my high quality system.  Dusty's voice is superb, enough to make your heart melt (she wasn't happy with the original vocals and re-recorded them in New York).
Excellent production 
Record is graded as Very Good - I use the Goldmine grading system - please see the last photo.
The record has some light marks and a small feelable scratch at the beginning of A6
Playback audio is excellent with some occasional pops. Fabulous detail and audio separation. No skips.

Released on Philips Records SBL7889  in 1969


 Record has been placed in an audiophile protective sleeve after cleaning.
Sleeve is graded as Very Good +
No tears, splits or writing. Fully laminated sleeve that I've cleaned. Has some creasing - please see photos as they form part of the description
