Tracks B1 to B10 on May 3rd, 1992 Initiation, Perth, Western Australia.
Folded sleeve with lyrics printed inside.

Track A3 is listed as "Confused (Buried Deep)" inside the sleeve.
Track A8 is listed as "End The Slaughter" inside the sleeve.
1040 made: 40 on clear vinyl with splats and orange sleeve, 400 on clear vinyl with splats and black and white cover (this copy), 600 on black vinyl with white cover.
