I've listened to both sides and the record is in excellent condition with no jumps.

The sleeve at the top left corner has a tear mark which looks like someone has tried to remove a sticky ticket. At the bottom left there is some green and gold sticky tape on it. These can be seen in the picture.

No writing on sleeve or labels.

A very rare record indeed and if someone has a good sleeve but bad vinyl then this could make it right!
