Here we have a vanishingly rare EP from the start of the UK Blues/R&B boom. It is a privately produced EP (a film soundtrack, I believe) on the Contrast Sound label, number RBCSP 001 featuring R&B pioneers Downliners Sect. This is the 1964 issue, NOT the re-press or a bootleg.
I bought it at a charity sale in the early 70's a few hundred yards from Eel Pie Island, where the Downliners, and the Yardbirds, and..er.. just about everybody else.. changed the course of UK music. I looked in vain for a sleeve... and couldn't find one. The sleeve that I'm selling this astonishingly rare record in is a REPLICA made by me, using only O-level physics and an Epson printer.  Anyway, the RECORD is the real authentic 59-year-old-thing and it plays very well. It isn't perfect, and it has some scroffly marks which make it more or less a VG/VG+.  It doesn't stick, skip or cause grief to the ear'ole although it's slightly crackly.  A good clean and spit and polish might well raise it up by a grade.  It hasn't been thrashed.  It hasn't been badly mistreated.  It looks like it has been kept in a box with a lot of other records without sleeves. Have a butchers at the photos, taken from non-flattering angles, and work it out for yourselves.

I'm selling most of this stuff for much less than I paid for it.

..and indeed, seldom make any!
