Donald Byrd 'Byrd In Flight' Blue Note vinyl.

My research on Discogs suggests this is a 1973 US reissue as indicated by "Electronically Re-Recorded To Simulate Stereo" printed on back of jacket. Visually inspected, the disc looks clean and flat.

I've owned this copy since the mid 1990s. Sadly, the person who sold it to me added a stamp to the B side label (the A side label is clean). They also stamped the original printed inner sleeve (which has been repaired with tape at some point) and added some stickers and writing to the inner sleeve. *Sigh*

The outer sleeve has some scuffs/ring wear, corners show signs of shelf wear but the spine is still tight and legible. This had been stored for years in a polythene outer sleeve.

Aside from those cosmetic blemishes, this is a very solid copy! I'm only selling it because I've long since duplicated it with the Tone Poet reissue (currently going for around £90).

I ship all my used vinyl in poly outer sleeves with the vinyl tucked behind the outer sleeve (to reduce the risk of seam splits. I buy most of my records online so I reuse pro record cartons to ensure my sold items are decently protected.
