Description
This is a very rare find. Don Waynick and The Green Bullets sing, There She Goes (written by: Miller/Stevenson/Haddock) and Telephone Boogie (written by: R. Nelson). The record is on a Dixie Records label located at 260 Rayburn, Sunset Hills, MO. The record number is 1147. The vinyl is mint. The label has a few rough spots on it on side A. It looks like there is something written from when it was made around the inside of the vinyl. I think this is what it says: Nashville Matria, 13, ZTSE 120085-1A. What I found while doing research on it is this: 1966 Rockabilly, This is a very rare Rockabilly and Country Rock label. Dixie Records was mainly a custom label which means that people send in a tape to press some records for private use. This is one of the reasons why it is so hard to find records on this label. The music was often recorded in a living room or a garage. Of most records only 100-500 copies where pressed, depending on how many people the owner knew was interested in receiving a copy. I have two copies of this record. This one is in NM condition and the vinyl is mint. The other one is Good condition and i will decide to list it or not after i see the interest in this one. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. Please look at my other auctions we put up a wide variety of items. You never know what you might find with us. Thank you and good luck. Don't miss out on this one you may never find another one.
