Original Year of Release: 1969
Matrix Nos: YAX 3890 - 1U & YAX 3891 - 2U
Vinyl Condition/Visual Grading: Sleeve is original G&L flipback sleeve in good condition. Spine is unbroken and only some light creasing to edge with some slight sign of ringwear showing (I think its a little more prominent with it being a laminated balck background. The rear of the sleeve has some kind of stainpossibly watermark that has damaged an area of the sleevenotes. Please see photo for specific area. If needed I may be able to forward an enlarged pic showing more detail. Inner sleeve is original EMI promo sleeve for year of release.
Vinyl is showing some signs of markage both to side 1 & side 2 though should play through this.Album Played For Grading: No, Jazz is not my thing so listening to a whole album would be agony
Rarity: This is now very difficult to locate, but again, finding early made, complete copies in high quality conditions is never so easy. Most are found as later, thinner pressings with the later format covers and missing their inserts, this is up there with the best I have seen for quite some time. This is an absolute Jazz Classic, an iconic album with an iconic label.....don't let it escape!!!
