Mono, Ultra Rare Disc!  Outer Sleeve looks fantastic, some corner wear, mostly on bottom left hand corner. 

Laminated sleeve has no peeling, 3-4 light creases on front, no edgewear on top bottom or spine. Printed by Garrod & Lofthouse. 

Original Columbia inner sleeve is included, vinyl is stored in an anti-static poly sleeve. 

 The disc has some scuffs and markings from the plastic lining in the original sleeve. Vinyl is flat, no warping.  Plays great with very little unwanted noise.
