Record Jacket would be in Near Mint condition save for two underlined words in the text, a name handwritten in ballpoint pen on the back cover, as well as visible warpage by water damage to lower righthand corner of cover (because of the VRP plastic record protector the vinyl was not touched by this water damage.)
