Condition: 

• Record: VGVG  (Side 1 has surface noise, 3/4 thru 5th track there are a few pops, Side 2 has surface noise, 2nd track stall near end, can still hear clearly on both sides)    
• Labels: VG+VG+ (Some scribbling on both sides, which can be seen under a light)        
• Sleeve: VG+VG+ (Some wear along the edges and corners with a bit of tape along the bottom edge)
