Description

Top Quality Roots track from the Defenders which is comprised of members of the Gladiators (Clinton "Bassie" Fearon & Clinton Rufus) and Alric Forbes of Yabby You and the Prophets. Lead vocals on Chant Down Babylon is from Alric Forbes. Issued in the late 80s and produced by Charlie Morgan this is really a stand out tune and if you didn't know the recording year,  it would be nearly impossible to distinguish from a late 70s recording.

Issued on the Defender label. Flip side is Rock your Bones. Vinyl is EX. Both sides play extended.
