Description

An original 2nd pressing of 'IN ROCK' on the Harvest Label from mid-1971. Matrix A2/B1. Stampers 1-COG/4-GOD. Please note the perimeter text states 'Gramophone' and there are EMI logos. So, whilst the matrix cut is identical to a 1st issue this pressing would have originated from roughly 12 months after 1st release. The heavy set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover printed by Garrod & Lofthouse.
Vinyl (Ex) Is in superb condition and clearly has only seen light use. Under close inspection there are a couple of light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. Interference is pretty minimal - all we detected was a touch of static in a couple of tracks e.g. Child In Time. 
Cover (Ex-) In great condition and has been cared for down the years.Lovely shiny front cover with barely a crease. The rear is in similar condition, but there us a sticker removal mark in the top-right. Edge wear is very light and the spine is 100% intact. The interior is in great condition too with only the lightest handling wear. Overall the cover retains superb rigidity.
