Deep Purple Hush UK Demo w/very rare sleeve. This record is a sought after collectors item as it is the demo sent to DJ's around the UK to prepare them for the band's debut, so they did not make many of these, as opposed to the Hush single that went out after Shades Of Deep Purple album was released, taking Hush to the top of the Billboard charts for their American arrival to tour starting with dates with Cream.
The sleeve is more rare than the record, so it can run pricey, do the research and you'll find it, along with Norway, to be one of the rarest Deep Purple 45's. See the details by copy and paste to browser 'darker than blue the one that got away.'
The sleeve has a rip at the top, and it still doesn't hurt the value at this price, and I paid dearly for it myself. The record is in VG- to fair for how old it is, but does have some slight bag rash from the heavy duty PVC sleeve the previous owner sent it in. You can see by the shape of the hole it's not too worn out.
