Description

Released by Decca in 1965, cat # F 12216; this is “I Go To Sleep” / “Make Up Or Break Up” by The Applejacks. The A-side is, of course, written by Ray Davies of the Kinks.

This is a classic Decca demo with the release date of the 27th August 1965 printed on the A-side label. The A-side label has “225” stamped in black ink at the 2 o’clock position. Both labels only have a few light spindle marks. There are a couple light surface marks on the both playing surfaces.  The record grades as at least very good and comes in a plain white sleeve.

All of these 45’s come from the amazing collection of an original Sixties DJ. He started his career in the ballrooms and progressed to radio and record production through the late 60’s and into the 70’s. Theses records are genuine UK originals unless stated and come wherever possible in crisp, original company sleeves. Expect the highest quality!

Postage and packing will be £1.30 for one 45’s in the UK; £2 for European destinations and £2.80 for the USA and the Rest of The World. For UK customers, two 45’s is still £1.30; European destinations will be £2.30 for 2x45’s and USA and the Rest of the World customers will pay £3.40 for 2x45’s.

Items or overall orders over £36 will be subject to the necessary postal insurance payable by the winning bidder. This can sometimes be expensive for overseas destinations due to Royal Mail’s pricing structure. If you are unwilling to pay for insurance on expensive orders, please do not bid.

Payment by Paypal is preferred for all destination, though traditional payments for UK customers are also welcome.

The records are presented to you in plastic sleeves for protection and are sandwiched between two, thick pieces of cardboard for safe transport.  I use recycled cardboard to keep packing costs as low as possible.
