Sleeve Condition: VG+
This is the Original New Zealand pressing of Bowie's second LP.
Seriously rare, wax in fine condition, sleeve is pretty good to, just some corner wear and small splits in the gatefold (an unfortunate occurance with many New Zealand 60s/70s pressings).

Labels
clean, only a handful of light spindle trails.
Vinyl
nice clean and full gloss, just a few very light papery hairlines.
Sleeve
straight, some wear to the corners, the gatefold sleve has a split approx 3 cm at the top, and 4cm at the bottom, and has the previous owners mane written inside the gatefold.

GRADING
Just a quick note on my grading:
NM = Near Mint : record and jacket in exceptional condition - virtually same as a new copy
EX = Excellent-: record and jacket appears in excellent condition - closer examination will show evidence of ownership - lonely scuffs which does not affect play - no undue surface noise - full glossy surface - only a few spindle hole marks
VG+ = Very Good Plus: record shows a few scuffs and surface scratches causing occasional ticks - bright and clean surface - spindle hole marks; jacket with edge/ring wear - bended corners - stickers - cut-outs - mechanical defaults as described
