Here is a Promo David Bowie ChangesOne lp vinyl. The jacket I rated good as you'll notice in the pics there are some stain marks as well as ring wear on it. The record itself seems to be in fairly good condition, there are some very minor surface scratches but I don't think they'll hurt the playing ability. Unfortunatly, I don't have a turntable anymore so I can't test it, but I don't think they'll be any problems as far as playing ability. One unique item, if you notice, in the pics, on the side A track listing Space Oddity is separated from the other songs, where as on any other changesone lp's the songs are all together.  Also there is the gold seal " DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE" ON THE BACK COVER.
