DOUGLAS - STATE OF ROCK (1987) SY 33.14900 J&P RECORDS
COVER:VG++(Only 1 scratch) VINYL:EX MEGA RARE LP!!!! Douglas is a Greek Band & Not Australian as many people believe.Firstly they were formed under the name of ´´FOXXES´´ in 1979 and you can find 2 songs from them only in ´´MADE IN GREECE´´Compilation & 1 track in ´´REVANCE´´ soundtrack. This Lp is their second release , the 1st release was ´´I´M FREE NOW´´ it was an ep 12´´ with 2 tracks and released in 1983 by the Greek Virgin Records. The ´´STATE OF ROCK´´ lp was released with 2 different covers by different labels. The most Rare Version is the German Press (The one you can see in this auction) & the Greek version has another Cover and was released by the Greek RCA. After this release , the Band had another lp called ´´MAD´´ and it was released only in Germany in 1991 on vinyl and it is almost impossible to find.(If you have it - please contact me).Also a lot of cds were pressed ,so beware the Bootlegs. A MUST HAVE!!!
