On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Doors called 'Waiting For The Sun' and is an ORIGINAL 1968 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Orange Elektra label!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE DOORS RAREST LPS EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT SOLD VIRTUALLY NOTHING ON RELEASE BACK IN 1968 - AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS 1ST PRESSED IN MEGA RARE STEREO!!!!  AND THIS IS SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  LIKE ANY OTHER UK LP FROM 1968 - MONOS ABSOLUTELY DOMINATED THE MARKET, AND STEREOS ONLY ACCOUNTED FOR AN ABSOLUTELY TINY FRACTION OF SALES (OFTEN ONLY AVAILABLE BY SPECIAL ORDER ONLY!)!!!!  AS A RESULT UK STEREO 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP ARE SERIOUSLY RARE AND ARE AT LEAST 10 TIMES RARER THAN THE MONOS!!!!  FINDING A 100% GENIUNE 1968 UK ULTRA RARE STEREO 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE!!!!  

BUT THERE IS 1 MORE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DETAIL THAT MAKES THIS LP THE RAREST & 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE!!!!  AND THAT IS - THAT THIS LP HAS AN 'EXTRA' BUILT IN INSERT!!!!  FOR MANY YEARS - THE UK MAIN RECORD GUIDE HAS INCORRECTLY QUOTED THIS LP AS EXISTING WITH AN 'INSERT' - WHEN OF COURSE IT NEVER DID!!!!  HOWEVER THIS MISCONCEPTION WAS CAUSED BY THIS ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST EVER' 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP - WHICH MYSTERIOUSLY HAD A 'BUILT IN' INSERT INSIDE THE COVER BACK!!!!  IF YOU TAKE A LOOK AT MY 'CLOSE UP' PICTURES - YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT WHERE THE 'OPENING' OF THE COVER IS (ON THE BACK RIGHT GATEFOLD) THERE IS AN 'EXTRA PIECE' OF CARD 'BUILT IN' TO THE COVER WITH HAS THE COMPLETE LYRICS FOR THE LP ON IT!!!!  SO INSTEAD OF THE USUAL BACK & FRONT OF THE COVER ON THE RIGHT GATEFOLD OPENING EDGE - THIS 'EXTRA PIECE' WAS MISTAKENLY INCLUDED INSIDE THE COVER!!!!  THIS MISTAKE ONLY EVER HAPPENED ON A TINY HANDFUL OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS ONLY - BEFORE IT WAS IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED!!!!  I MUST ALSO STRESS THAT THIS 'INSERT' ISNT REMOVEABLE AND ACTUALLY 'PART OF THE INSIDE OF THE COVER' - BUT IT CLEARLY WASNT MEANT TO BE THERE (IT IS AN 'EXTRA' PIECE OF CARD!) - AND WAS CORRECTED ON ALL LATER PRESSINGS!!!!  AND THIS IS EXACTLY HOW THE 'ERROR' IN THE MAIN UK RECORD GUIDE CAME ABOUT - BECAUSE IN ACTUAL FACT THERE WAS NEVER AN INTENDED 'INSERT' FOR THIS LP - AND SIMPLY A VERY VERY FEW OF THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSINGS ONLY, PRINTED IN ERROR WITH THIS 'EXTRA' PIECE OF CARD INSIDE THE COVER WITH THE LYRICS PRINTED ON IT!!!!  HOWEVER THIS DOES CLEARLY SHOW THAT THIS WAS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - AND THIS AMAZING ERROR MAKES THIS THE RAREST UK DOORS LP OF ALL TIME!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN BRILLIANT CONDITION!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1968 UK STEREO 1ST PRESSING ON THE 1ST PRESS ORANGE ELEKTRA LABELS, 1ST PRESS 1/1 MATRIX ENDINGS, 1ST PRESS INNER SLEEVE, AND 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS GATEFOLD STEREO COVER (WITH 'BUILT IN' INSERT!)!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND SIMPLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS (ESPECIALLY IN MEGA RARE STEREO!) - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Elektra UK STEREO 1st Pressing from 1968 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is EKS 74024 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Elektra Label (see picture) and is a much MUCH rarer UK STEREO 1st pressing!!!! 

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, barely ANY wear AT ALL, and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL JUST PRESSED LOOK AND LOOKS SUPERB!!!!  It is GREAT to find that the record plays almost as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  The record plays with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some EXTREMELY low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must visually grade Excellent+ if not better - with the playing grade only very VERY slightly less than this!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The 'Earliest' 1st Press Gatefold STEREO Cover (with 'Built In' Insert!) is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The cover has NO edge wear, barely ANY spinal wear AT ALL (only some VERY minor 'touching in'), only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), only some VERY light general rubbing, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!!  Even the inside of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, barely ANY rubbing, NO grubbyness, only an absolutely ULTRA faint TINY residue trace in the top left corner of the right hand gatefold (NOT a tear, NO cover damage, and as faint as it gets!), and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN ULTRA RARE STEREO - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
