Description
The Doors: same 1967, USA/Elektra EKL-4007 MONO. Disc is in amazing EX to M- shape, a tiny hairline mark at the intro to "The End" makes just a few minor ticks but I can't find any other audible evidence of wear at all. Cover is EX with just a hint of starting wear, and this is a real mono cover, not a stickered stereo cover. Has the correct Company inner sleeve. Great sound on this, "Break On Through" and "Light My Fire" totally fly out of the speakers. This is a very, very rare LP in this beautiful condition, I see a mintish one of these about once every five years out here in Doorsland. What was the retail price on this baby 40 years ago, about $4.25? Well, I just ordered a Time Machine kit from an ad in the back of a comic book, and the first thing I'm gonna do when I get it assembled is wind it back to 1967 and hit a few record stores. I definitely need more mono Doors albums.

I pack/ship once a week, usually on Friday. I use sturdy cardboard boxes designed for shipping records, and I remove the disc from the cover to prevent seam splits during shipment.
