I have decided to offer these records as a mystery auction, but without the mystery. I am providing pictures for all of the items with a full description as well. How many items end up in this auction will be entirely Up To You!!!

DOVE RECORDS Number 240  NEAR MINT with 301-45 WRITTEN IN THE RUN OFF DEAD WAX AND AN UPSIDE DOWN LETTER 'F' MACHINE STAMPED.  THIS IS AN ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING.  IN THE 2004 JEFF KREITER PRICE GUIDE IT WAS LISTED WITH A VALUE OF $200.00.   YOU CAN BE THE JUDGE,  IT IS NOT UP ON eBAY THAT OFTEN.  THE COMPANIONS RECORDED AND RELEASED THIS KILLER IN 1958.  "FALLING"/"OH WHAT A FEELING!"

TRUST ME.  IT IS A MUST HAVE FOR ANY COLLECTION.

YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER COPY.  I HAD 2 COPIES OF THIS RECORD WHEN FORTUNE RECORDS SOLD DIRECT IN THE EARLY 1960's.  THIS BEAUTIFUL PRISTINE COPY MAY HAVE BEEN ON MY TURNTABLE PERHAPS 3 TIMES.  THE SCAN SHOWS LITTLE WHITE MARKS WHICH ARE NOT ON THE RECORD.  (IT IS CLEAN).  THE BOOK VALUE WAS $150 IN 2004.  FIRST ORIGINAL PRESSING with SHELDON MACHINE STAMED IN THE TRAIL OFF DEAD WAX.  FORTUNE 533 THE CENTURYS FROM 1959 featuring BERNIE DUPREE "TAKE MY HAND"/"OH JOE JOE."

ANOTHER ADDITION BECAUSE IT REACHED 10 WATCHERS.  ANOTHER EXTREMLY SCARCE 45 OUT OF PHILADELPHIA FROM 1959.  IT IS A VERY GOOD COPY THAT WAS PRESSED ON THAT EARLY RIGID VINYL.  THERE IS A LIGHT TURNTABLE RING ON THE LEN LABEL 103.  THE MASTERS sing 'TIL I RETURN"/"JOHNNY CLEAN-UP."

THIS RECORD IN THE 2004 KREITER PRICE GUIDE'S VALUE SEZ $150.  VG+ RIGID VINYL FIRST PRESSING WITHOUT THE STARS ON THE LABEL.  THE LADDERS on VEST 826 "HEY PRETTY BABY"/"MY LOVE IS GONE."

THE LABEL IS NIX 537 MINT- WITH SOME VERY LIGHT PAPER MARKS.  BELL SOUND AND AUDIO MATRIX ID MACHINE STAMPED IN THE RUN OFF DEAD WAX.  THE HOLIDAYS "MY GIRL"/"ONE LITTLE KISS."

THIS RECORD IS FROM 1958 AND STILL IN PRISTINE NEAR MINT CONDITION.  FIRST ORIGINAL WITH THE MAN HOLDING THE GLOBE IS ANOTHER HUNDRED DOLLAR RECORD.  ANGLE TONE 529 THE CHANDELIERS "DOLLY"/"DANCIN IN THE CONGO."

WOW! ANOTHER KILLER AND VERY HARD TO FIND BY THE ELEGANTS (1961).  MINT- ON ABC-PARAMOUNT 45-10219 "TINY CLOUD"/"I'VE SEEN EVERYTHING."

This is an awesome piece for your collection.  An original first pressing in M- condition.  Usually the GEE label has some wear.  This label is CLEAN.  From 1956.  You will not believe that this gem is 50 years old. GEE 1028 The Echos "Ding Dong"/"My Heart Beats For You."  The Book value is over $100.00.

Another record is up.  A nice record by Maurice Williams and his ZODIACS on the DEE-SU label #304.  Near Mint with the Glossy Green label.  On one label there is a tiny flake.  "This Feeling"/"May I."

ITEM #14

Another great Vocal Group Record on Johnson 098 which was released in the early 70's.  It is in Mint- condition.  The song was originally released in 1956 by the Marvels on ABC Paramount 9771.  The Marvels are the Dubs. "I Wont Have You Breaking My Heart."  The 'B' Side is "Somebody Goofed."
