Description

Absolutely stunning copy of the 1968 first pressing of Donald Byrd'a Slow Drag LP on Blue Note BST-84292. Original blue and white labels with Rudy Van Gelder's stamps in the runoffs. This copy is just about the best I have ever seen. The disc plays completely flawlessly and just beautifully. There are maybe a couple of extremely light superficial sleeve scuffs but barely.  Really this is a near pristine, gorgeous disc. The cover has only a bumped corner at the upper left, and is otherwise excellent. Just a touch of age and small signs of gentle handling. From the collection of a noted record producer, who kept all his records almost in perfect condition. This is truly one of the best copies you are likely to find. Near impossible to beat.
