Description
This is a set of 8 scratch / battle records from DJ Q-Bert / Dirt Style, including the infamous Super Seal (a fundamental scratch record with all the classic, standard sounds like Aaaah, Freshhh, & Aww Yeah!), along with Toasted Marshmello Breaks, (x2) copies of Deluxe Shampoo Edition, Butchwax's Butt Crack Breaks and Hee-Haw Brayks, "Limited Edition Hard To Find Dirt Style", and the "Y" record, which has a Y on the label and there's scratch sounds at each point as it goes around. One copy of Deluxe Shampoo Edition has some hand-drawn sharpie art on the label by me (as seen in the pic), which might actually make this a rare collector's piece because (not to brag or toot my own horn, but just so you know) I'm a fairly well known DJ in certain underground circles of Hip-Hop and electronic music. I go by DJ SOLO, part of the Soul Assassins crew (Cypress Hill / DJ Muggs, House of Pain, Funkdoobiest), I'm also an independent DJ who releases an ongoing series of eclectic, themed, collage-art style mixtapes, as well as an illustrator/graphic designer who's done DJing, production, and art/design for lots of people in the Hip-Hop and Electronic worlds, and I've performed at many major festivals. So hopefully you won't see this as "Hey! Someone drew on this record!" and instead you'll be like "Yo! I got a DJ SOLO original!" :)
