The Disciples' Russ Bell-Brown has produced this lovely collection of instrumentals. The eight excursions are real sonic soothers that mix up and reinvent chill out, atmospheric downtempo and dubby breakbeats into escapist sounds. These are perfectly Balearic beats with spaced out trance vibes, magic mellow moments and deep dives into oceanic rhythms. They were recorded in the mid-90s original and are what the artist calls "not reggae, but experiments in whatever came into my mind." Serve up on two slabs of wax and mastered by Manmade mastering in Berlin, these are well worth having.
