Rare Original 1960's MONO Record Album LP made in the U.S.A. by BLUE NOTE (BLP 4146) 

- NEW YORK USA address on both Labels
- VAN GELDER is stamped in the run off grooves on both sides

RECORD CONDITION:  EXCELLENT+ / close to NEAR MINT
- both sides play great
- Labels have a few short extremely light / barely visible spindle marks on each side
- the original BLUE NOTE company inner sleeve is included 

COVER CONDITION:  EXCELLENT to EXCELLENT+
- still has the original plastic wrap on it (Not Sealed)
- there is some very light wear at the 2 right hand corners, very little wear in a small area along the bottom right hand edge & extremely light wear in a few spots along the open end 
- there is a very light musty odor to the cover 
- 43 West 61st St., New York 23 address on the back of the cover along the bottom edge
