Returns accepted up to 14 days after close of auction. If you wish to return an item please do not click the new "Start Return" Or "Return Item" feature in Ebay. It immediately puts a hold on the Paypal transaction and will delay any refund to you. Also no postage either way will be refunded. The absolute only exception would be if I sent you the totally wrong item (which has never happened). Postage is a consumable. If you receive the item (or even if it is lost, stolen or broken and you did not opt for insurance) it means the postal money has gone to the postal service. Refund for purchase price only. If you wish to return an item please contact me within 3 days of receiving it and I'll be more than happy to try and work it out with you.
