Rare and hard to find 45 rpm 1st pressing demo single manufactured in the UK

CONDITION :
- sleeve : VG+ (some creasing only)
- vinyl : EX- (some minor surface lines and scratches; very glossy looking surface; will play with moderate background noise)
- labels : EX (some tiny spindle lines on each side; otherwise clean)
My grading is based on Record Collector's grading system and all my records are visually graded. If you for any reason disagree with my grading please let me know. Don't give me a lower rating without giving me the chance to sort it out!
