Paradise Rising contains three variations of the song "This Is Not Paradise" and three of "Dædalus Rising" from But, What Ends When the Symbols Shatter? sung in both English and French. This 6-track album was released by New European Recordings and distributed by World Serpent. Featuring Douglas P. and David Tibet at their most creative time with the help from Simon Norris (aka Ossian Brown of Coil) and James Mannox (Current 93 and Spasm).
Limited edition of 2000 copies with one-sided 12" photo-print hand-signed by Douglas P. in gold ink. Superb glossy picture sleeve. The phrases "We are what we think...." and "....having become what we thought" are scratched into the vinyl.
