Description

Up for auction is a beautiful NM/NM- copy of DAVID SANTOS - SILVER CURRENTS lp released in 1968 on original Pheonix label (Pheonix-101) as it was later issued on Sire.

Album is in NEAR MINT- condition. Plays, Looks and Sounds Great!

Album cover has been preserved well with nice and tight binding, and excellent reflective silver color graphics!

David Santos is a singer songwriter in the psych/loner folk tradition.  A little bit of the whimsy of Donovan and early Van Dyke Parks, strong influence from Lou Reed and Dylan. The sparseness and loner aspect of Nick Drake. With help from David Bromberg, Artie Traum, Tom Kobus, Mark Silber, Larry Leitch.
