DAVID BOWIE Laughing Gnome BELGIUM 1st Picture Sleeve DERAM DM 12 Mega Rare NM.
The words rare are used regularly in collecting circles - but this particular record is on every Bowie collectors list.
It is the first ever picture sleeve from 1967 for any David Bowie single release.
It is insanely rare!
Only two complete original sleeves have ever been sold on eBay.
One half sleeve and two copied covers.
You are unlikely to ever have the opportunity to buy this record again. It is so rare. I’ve never owned another copy.
The condition is superb.
Cover is excellent and record NM. There are no tears, no writing, no damage. Very slight handling wear to the cover.
The vinyl with stamped matrix numbers is also NM - hardly a mark on it.
You will not be disappointed with this.
The last copy sold on eBay 7 years ago for £1500. I’m pricing this higher because it’s in better condition and there’s not been another sell since.
